[Resolved] Elica Chimney — zero after sales service from hyderabad branch | |||||
Since eleven months (I. E. From day one) we had been complaining about the defective chimney model slim vertical 90 bil that was purchased at an amount of rs. 28, 500/- for the product. Invoice number is 122 and date of purchase is 06/03/2018. It has come to my understanding that this model catches your fancy but its a total failure. From day one this piece is giving problem and we had been complaining to the hyderabad branch office located at west marredpally for rectifying the same. Till date the piece is not rectified. Hyderabad branch is totally inactive and the seniors don't bother about service. They are only interested in making money through sales. Junior service guys visit my place at odd hours disturbing our piece of mind and give some story and vanish. Till date the actual problem is not known.
