[Resolved] Elica — elica 3 burner hob | |||
There was has leakage issue from the hob for which complaint was filed online. However elica has wound up from goa i think and outsourced the servicing to niki servicing agency. Which is pathetic. After being promised that there technician will visit me on priority basis within 24 to 48 hrs there are no single soul to attend the complaint. A technician turned up after 5 days to tell me you replace the burners. No replacement was done and i had to file a complaint again and escalate it only then a service engineer turned to replace the burners and after paying rs5000/- the problem seems to have worsened. I have small kids at home and the safety is at stake. I think if elica cannot resolve issues and have no technical expertise then they should shut down production and watch other competetors provide customer satisfaction.
