[Resolved] Elica — faulty gas cooktop | |||
It's unfortunate to say this, I have purchased Elica 3 burner cook top on 26 Nov 2018 from Amazon, delivered on 29 Nov 2018 and taken in use on Sunday 8 Dec 2018. Sad to say not even I have used for 4 days, the cook-top is not working as auto ignition stop working. While cooking, one of closed burner knob suddenly took fire from inside and knob was heated like anything. It was unexpected after spending this much of money. I have contacted Amazon and elica customercare, both are not saying Amzon or Elica reprenstative will replace but no one doing the needful to replace this product. Was this information helpful? | |||
