[Resolved]  Elica Hob — Hob burner replacement not done

I bought a hob from Elica a year ago but now the burners are not working and if you call the customer care they would register the complaint. The problem with the hob burner's outer ring is not working and there is a leakage. I have asked them to ship the outer ring to my address but all I get is a call from their executive asking if they can visit and just to see the hob he charges 450 and to service the hob which is an hour's job he charges 1000 which is ridiculously expensive for an hour's work, but all I need is the outer ring that I need to place on burner. I'm neither getting a call back from their service team nor it's getting the spare via courier. They have a monopoly that their spares are not available anywhere out in the market nor their portal to order a spare works
