I brought elica 694 CT Vetro 2J(TKN Crown DT Series) on[protected] from Vedic Electronics Nizampet Hyderabad, initially 6 months it was working perfectly fine than the burners started creating issues. after 15 min of cooking the stove got very heat, I lodged the first complaint on 2nd September 2022..in next 2-3 days technician (Mr Raju (+91 [protected] along with Mr Kiran) visited and checked and closed the ticket without resolving the issue. after so many calls again Mr Kiran came to house and checked he acknowledged the problem to his manager Mr Raju he said this issue is taken care by HO, after 15-20 days i got call from customer care executive Mr Dinesh (+91 [protected]) he said he will raise a request from his side but no one came to site when I have called Mr. Dinesh he said he will call in 2 min but I didn't received call back from any executive.. surprisingly today i got call from customer executive Mr Neel (+91 [protected]) asking feedback for the issue i was surprised the issue was not attended how can they ask feedback.. and i have the call recordings all the above customer and service executives.. from yesterday i'm facing the issues with gas burners not working properly.. for your reference here is the CRM Ids:99_2917084 and 99_2882790. i want replacement or refund of my amount.
