To whom it may concern, II have purchased elica stove and chimney 18 months ago. Despite rising numerous request for servicing of product ... Through customer care number... Nobody is bothered to show-up. Every time I ring up to the customer care... They say that they will send a agent in 48 hour's..but no one shows -up.
