They say it is new scheme, new offers, tie up with international parties, all stories and make you pay in lakhs. After the amount is transferred they will send dummy vouchers to your address. My sincere advice to everyone, never pay anything to anyone. Nothing comes for cheap/free. They might come up with new name.
