My name is Akash Kashyap and i am Uttar pradesh. I was looking for a job now a days and applied in quikr indeed and some other sites. I got a whatsapp message from a number (+[protected] name is chetan patel describing about data entry job. First said it is a home based job data entry and its free registration rupees. Initially as application fee balance 4900 will deduct from salary. And also they asked for my photo and sign i send it, but they didn't said for what. Without asking me they paste photo and sign in an agreement as second party which is quiet illegal in that agreement. The agreement look like computer made. As same agreement i found i rio technology complaints. (Attached). It is we based to complete data entry 600 forms in 6 days, just see and type. They send voice sample also. But when starting to do job was very difficult to me. I searched for them in net, didn't found anything. As the domain name eliteinternationalpro.com got register 10 august 2019. I found very much similarities between them and rio technology. As both use same agreement and are from aurangabad. I didn't found any companies register with the name on agreement. As there no companies in following address. As per agreement, they can threaten us to file a legal complaint for no doing the work or incomplete work. I ask them send us proof of company. But didn't answer or not picking phone. I request to please help me in this matter.

As, i got call today again threatening to go legally, I got call from this number: [protected]. As in True caller, the number is of Nitin Solanki, Gujarat India. last time, I asked for Registered company name and proof but they didn't reply.

they are threatening frequently me also for giving the payment or they will move legally.please help me out

I am from Phagwara punjab, I also signed up for this company, but due to power failure they terminated my account and asking for 7999 as server maintenance. This made me suspicious then I searched about such companies and found out these are just scammers. I waiting for their threat calls.

can someone here tell me that it is really a computer made agreement or it is real because it doesn't seems to be real at all and they are threatening me to file a legal charge sheet against on the basis of that agreement so is it a serious matter or its just fake and waste of time and all or they can file a legal charge sheet on basis of that agreement they had created with me i am worried about all this
what if they had started calling me threatening calls should i pick them up or not what would i do in that case

the company asked me to pay 4, 999 as the security fees and they said that it will be deducted from your first pay

today i got a call too just same issue is happened with me during doing work my id is logged out automatically and when i asked them to reactivate they said uh blocked your account now uh hv to pay 7999 to unlock your id and they thratend me so much they say me i[censored]h are not give that smount than we wll send you to the court and file your case and i got a masg from them guys they are just fake fraud peoples dont worry they want just mney they will call you and by threting you for money so dont get afraid of them and socho i[censored]nhe kaam se matlab hota to wo maintncance charge kkabhi nhi maangte unhe kaam se mtlb ni tha hota to toh id block hone k baad unhone inititive ni liya ki call okrke pchle ky socha h aapne hamara kaam krna h ya nhi but they never took the initiative from them everytime i called them to unlock my id but they always saying uh have to give 7999 than we willl activate vrna aap k ghr pr notice aaega or aapko court m jana adega they threatened me like this way and their executiv denied that when i ask to him that i have to give a maintencance charge he said no maintencance charge for them who do not complete work kaam se pehle koini mangega aapse so they are just fraud elite international is fraud company they are just only making money by threatening the peoples who wants to earn money for ther family but they aare just not good peoples do not get trap in their company please be alert m nin tha but aap ho skte h today i got a call his name was rubal chaudhary he said that i am advocate he said to me uh have to give the money of company i[censored]h dont give the money today than you caome here in aurangabad for the date he is threatening me like this se guys they are just fraud peoples dont worry they wiill do nothing they just only calll you and just daraenge jisse app paise bhejdo elite international is a trap

Hi Guys these so called fake company Elite International also threatening me, First of all dabardasti inhone mujhse form bharwaya, naklli demo bheja, registration ke time koi agreement nahi tha simple ek photo and signature upload karne ko bola . then i was shocked to see how cunningly they just copy pasted my signature, after that i asked them to cancel the agrement, then they simply denied now it cant or if you want to cancel the agreement pay us the registration fees . jab maine internet me inke baare mai company mai search kiya first of all this company doesnt exist at all and after that i called their executive uska number switched off and infact i even called their customer care uska bhi number switched off . those both people are same and then i legally checked the name of the company under the ministry of corporate affairs .then it mentions again this company does not exists at all ... So guys pls darna nai hai ek agrement ko simply scan karke photoshop ache se use kiya hai usme terms and conditions chipka di hai and signature and photo copy paste kardiya hai which is so not legal aise toh koi signature ki copy paste kardega har agrment mai toh kya legal manenge kya... please koi apne paise mat dena.

This Elite is a fake and fraud company.I am reporting FIR this tommorrow first thing. Do not pay him.You all also file FIR in cyber cell.Must catch this guy in few days.Jai Bharat

Dear sir I am student and looking for job but before someday the employee of Elite international call me and appreciate me to data entry job...they told me 600 form will be filled in a week and per form 35/- paying me. According to the conversation I will start the work but after 3 days the form is automatically block and they call me and told if you unblock the account please pay 5000/- otherwise your account will be transfer to legal department...after some day they msg me and I give the msg screenshot...I really don't know what I doing...??
