[Resolved] Elitify.com / Lavida Luxe Lifestyle Solutions — gift card issued to me by lavida luxe through elitify in march 2015, but now they have sold elitify to purple bee luxury | |||
Sir/Mam I have been issued a gift card in March 2015 by elitify.com. Today when I need to purchase some product I tried to use that gift card costs around rupees 4794 doesn’t work. When I contacted elitify.com, i was told that the owner of the company has been changed. Lavida luxe have sold elitify to purplebee luxury in 2017, so now elitify cant issue the refund. So they told me to contact lavida luxe by finding their contact from google. The contact number available on the google is not working. I am attaching the copy of email and gift card. Kindly help. Verified Support Jul 26, 2019 Elitify.com / Lavida Luxe Lifestyle Solutions Customer Care's response Dear Kanishk, We have received your complaint and as explained earlier as well, Lavida Luxe was the owner of the brand/domain Elitify.com in 2015 and they still have the financial liabilities of any gift cards/store credits/refunds that are prior to August 2017 as per the legal agreement signed between the two companies. Purplebee Luxury has only bought the domain Elitify.com from Lavida Luxe and hence no financial liabilities have been carried over to the new owners. Thanks, Elitify | |||
