1. The complaint is more to do with extremely poor post sale service by Team Elitify than the product.
2. Zero customer support once the product is sold.
3. Customer service number on the website is a joke, no response for the past one month !
4. The knight & Bond boots purchased are way too big. Ordered Size 9, the boot received is a huge, trying to return since 01 Aug. I am stuck with the boots which I cannot use. Traumatic shoping experience.
