We have booked 1 mobile from phonedeal, i'm seeing this add on facebook and booked mobile on 14.04.2020 rs.2999.07 via payment id[protected], merchant order id - [protected].

But till date we have not received my order, we request you to please if you not deliver my order you can refund the my amount. It is my humble request please refund my amount as soon as possible, becoz i'm suffering in lock...

And no reply from customer service
They are not picking phone
Customer support email also not going

They are knowingly fraudulent and have no customer service.
