Eloda.biz — cheap smart watch received

I have ordered one smart watch from a website called www.eloda.biz
And i have paid rs. 2543.20 via paytm to the same company.
Date of order: 17th may 2018, order number : 97865 and i recieved the wrong and cheap quality product on date: 22nd may 2018.

I tried to contact them via number mentioned on their website i. E [protected] (Not a valid number)

I tried them via email [protected]@eloda. Biz (Not a valid email)

I filled the return policy form few days back (https://eloda.biz/index.php?route=account/return/add)
I got no response.

So, just to cross check that they mistakenly sent the wrong item or they are doing it purposely. I have ordered the same item on
Date: 27th may 2018
Order number: 111730
Paid amount: rs. 2543.20 via paytm and i recieved the same cheap quality, wrong item on 30th may 2018.

Total amount paid = rs. 5086.40

I request you to please do the needful and i want my hard earned money back as soon as possible.
Please look into the matter.
