Eloda.biz — fake/inferior quality product | |||
I have purchased a smart watch from Eloda.biz. The product is different from its specified details and have inferior quality. Hence, I have sent e-mails for return and also called several times to customer care number given on website. No one received any call and there was no reply from e-mails. Even the other contact number might also be fake ([protected]) Order details are as per below: Product: Smart watch Order ID: 18589 No bill provided from company. e-mail received only for confirmation and product directly sent without any intimation. The ad sounded quite genuine. So I thought I would just give it a try. And you know what, they did exactly as I had imagined that they would do. Steal my money, :(
I have reported their facebook page, and sent an email to payUmoney. I don't know whether that would help somehow. Don't know if payUmoney takes such instances seriously. If not, bad for them.
Unfortunately, PayUMoney seems to have got no interface for reporting miseries, in their web site. So I had to find their complaints care email from the internet, and report my miseries.
