Eltech Appliances — after sale service issue with vestar split 1.5 t ac after 7 days of purchase

Hi eltech appliances pvt. Ltd. Customer care,

I have purchased a ac from your authorsied delar aircon paradise. I am feeling very bad to say about your after sale customer care service, i (I. E. Vineet singla) raised a complaint (I. E. Gha[protected] for vestar split 1.5 t ac having model no.: vasya183if6t on 29th june 2018 at 10:30 am ist on your vestar customer care: [protected], (Attaching the screen shot of the message received on my mobile number: +[protected].

They told me that i will receive a call from their (Vestar) technician within maximum 48 hours, unfortunately i haven’t received any call from (Vestar) technical team then i again called to vestar customer care to know that why it is delaying, then they gave me few contact numbers through which i connected to the irshad saifi (Mobile number: [protected]) who is the branch service manager o[censored]ttar pradesh.

He told me that i had raised the complaint in the evening not in the morning. However irshad saifi sent his technician to my home: j-410, 1st avenue, gaurcity1, greater noida (West) -201301 on 01st june 2018 (I. E. Sunday).

Technician told me that there is an issue in the pcb and that need to change then ali from their service center called me and asked to check with irshaad saifi that what needs to be done to rectify the issue. I called irshaad saifi to check when they are going to replace the part, then he told today is sunday please call me tomorrow i’ll let you know. When i called irshad saifi again next day he said there is a month end closing going on we have to send your request to concerned team to get the damaged part to our service center it has to come from chennai and this will take 4-5 days. Then i told him its already 4 days delayed from eltech appliances pvt. Ltd and he was saying this will take lot more time to rectify this and asked me to wait for few more days.

Today again when i called him he asked me for the installation invoice copy to replace the part as it is still under pending status., without that they can’t change the part otherwise it will be cost to me i am surprised to hear that ac is still in warranty and i need to pay the cost, i feel your branch manager (Mr. Irashad saifi) is not capable to handle customer care they don’t even know how to talk to customer and how to handle the after sales service, my experience is too bad., i have never expected this kind of service from eltech appliances pvt. Ltd. I was surprised to hear all this that how they are making fool of customers as i have already given them all the required documents whatever they have asked to the technician.

Your services are so pathetic i will never recommend my friends and family members to go with any of your product and i will post all the nuisance of your customer care and the way they are doing with me on all social media platform.

I am not at all happy with the service of your company. Please help me to get into some resolution otherwise i need to move to consumer court to raise this concern. I am attaching all the related document for your information.
