Dear Ramesh - Individually Emaar will keep bullying us. think we must do this collectively. We are all in the same boat. I suggest you read your Buyers agreement also. Is pre-sale even ethical? Does that not mean that Emaar took your money even before all approvals were in place. I believe that is what they did to me also. Is that not cheating? How can they even be 100% sure that the project wold get approved. What if it did not? Is your time that they played with so cheap and of no consequence? I believe that Emaar is violating Govt rules and Supreme Court and National Consumer Disputes Commission rulings, which say that a developer cannot force a buyer to take possession for properties that have been unreasonably delayed.
