Consider this an official reply from Eminence Immigration Consultant Pvt Ltd. First of all I would like to start by correcting you that you paid only 1265/- INR and not 1500/-
You place a query with us and that amount was for your eligibility check as you already do accept it, We only accept application when we are 100% sure about their profile, However our process team wasn't sure about your University as there were chances of WES rejection and the same was informed to you. We also gave you an option where you could start the process without paying our complete consultation fee but we also made clear that Eminence won't be responsible if you face WES rejection and we were waiting for your confirmation on that but didn't receive any. There might have been some delay from our side as the process team was trying to research more and check the possibility of a positive WES report but couldn't so we gave you the other option.
The companies are registered on Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and not on Ministry of External Affairs(MEA). You can check our status on that using the link below:
