Emionline.in — emionline.in is fraud company don't buy anything

My name is vishal kumar singh. I visited a website emionline.in, then i fill up form there. Actually this website provide EMI without credit card by just providing bank details and a cancelled cheque, so i fill up form there for EMI to buy mobile (Realme U1) on 24 December 2018. Then they call me using this no. [protected] on next morning to pay 10% down payment on their paytm no. which is [protected], then i paid them 1199 (paytm transaction ID. [protected]) on 25 December 3:33pm. then they says that my phone will be delivered within 48 hours.

Then they call me and email me on 26 December and tell me that i have to pay 999 insurance charge which is refundable if i don't want to insured my phone . And i does the same, I pay them 999 on the same paytm no ([protected]) which paytm's transcation ID. [protected] on 26 December
12:47pm.
Their Company mobile no is [protected]. They called me using [protected] this mobile no, After down payment they says that they will send some guy for document verification and to deliver the mobile

But after 26 december they didn't send any guys to deliver the phone or for documents verification. After that when i call them, they didn't even receive my call, and when i call by using different mobile no. they do receive my call but when i told them my issue or my name they disconnect my call without saying anything. It's looks like online fraud to me.
