Dear sir,

I had purchased your solar rooftop water heater model
"solarizer ultra-200 lpd" from your dealer m/s pai power solutions, kasturinagar, bangalore on 5.7.2017. It is observed that
Water is not getting heated properly. Water gets heated only at bathing heat temperture which is sufficient for only one person to take bath.

Regarding this earlier on 16.09.2017 i had filed a complaint with you and one of your service personnel mr. Ramesh visited the site. He informed me to check for one week by switching off inlet water daily at around 10.30 am in the morning and use the water next day morning but the problem still persists. I feel that there is some major problemm in the system or it is totally waste product, for having invested rs.45000/- for this model. Technological improvement should be for improvement in quality of the product and not for simply rolling out the new product/unit with great names like "ultra". This may be brought to the knowledge of the concerned person.

Kindly send your service personnel immediately and rectify the problem. If not, i request you to arrange for replacement of the unit., failing which i am constrained to escalate the issue to consumer court, which please note..
