Employees Provident Fund — Mobile not working properly , getting henged

Already given complaint earlier & got complaint id 1466079 on Jan 9th with assurance of the matter will be sorted out ASAP, but no one contacted me, when ever we contact service center they format the mobile & give it back, even they don't give any job card or document, i need this hand set replaced,

on the site there is no option available to check status of complaint

This is not expected from brand like LAWA

please sort this out on priority
