I've epf account with incorrect initial. I want to correct my initial in the account. I've seen toll free no[protected] in contact us tab. And im trying to call. Some times its not working, sometimes its ringing and disconnecting. I was unable to correct my initial. Plz help me. And some other contacting options are also not working.
