Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — amount not credited to my bank account

On february 7, wednesday at 10:38pm i got a message that reads:
Your claim aphyd[protected], settled for rs. 8500/- on 07-02-18 will be credited within 3 working days in bank a/c ending with 3164.
And till now the amount has not been credited and i got no (Prior) information so far.

The amount has been deducted from my pf account on the day itself.

Please help, i needed this money badly.

N. B.: why do we still suffer so much when the banking system is so advanced these days?

My name is Kiran Rathod. I was working with Pionner Chhanel Factor Pvt Ltd (MTunes Music) I quiet these firm on 18 Aug 2015. Also i have submitted online tarnsfer Form - 13 on dated 23.05.2017. since company is not yet transfer my Pf amount. so please try to support me also my contact number is [protected].

I had purchased a XFORCE Vacuum Cleaner with customer no.[protected] by name Vinay Kumar, Muzaffarnagar (U.P.). this machine is not working properly. pl. arrange service engineer to check the problem.
