Dear sir,
I myself was working as technician in active automobiles sarkhej branch ahmedabad. I left the job in 2016 keeping pf amount there only my pf account id was uan [protected].
It is very much surprising that since last few months my pf approval is not fulfilled or approved by the dealer stating that there are several changes in hrs of company and response by pf consultant. This all are legal responsibility by dealer only to clear pf transfer request.
Present hr manager of active automobiles sarkhej branch ahmedabad gujarat is giving one or other excuses to transfer the pf.
As such behaviour is illegal unconstitutional under the law.
