Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — delay in withdrawal after got settled on 23 feb 2018

I had raised claim in form 1 as epfo advance, it is still showing settled with 47100 rs, or also shows in withdrawal section also but still it is not transfer in my account, all formalities being fulfilled but there is no any response from epfo help desk I had raised mail against the same four days ago but there is no response after so many reminders also.
