Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — EPS claim rejected by EPFO Thane as dispatch number is not shared by RPFC Pune

I have lost my husband Sachin Patil in May 2021 due to COVID and trying for my pension to be started since last 6months, but claim is rejected 3rd time with below rejection reason as updated ann K does it contain dispatch number. Although EPFO Pune shared Ann K in mail. Kindly help me to get the dispatch number from RPFC Pune and please push EPFO thane to process my EPS based upon Ann K shared over email
