Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — error in fo interface of rpfc i level in online services

I am unable to transfer pf due to error in rpfc from last 2 years. Several complain made buy no responce from epfo.

Lastly got this msg -

A grievance has been received from mr biswajit mahanta - uan[protected].

The member is unable to transfer his pf accumulations from past to present. Error message is - details of previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed.

Mis dasboard - 27.01.1983
Our system - 27.01.1983
Whereas in fo interface of rpfc i level in online services 27.01.2083.

But how is looking after... No one brother in govt organisation.
