Dear sir,

I have applied for epf advance through online form-31 (Epf advance) vide no. Dsnhp[protected] dtd. 27/02/2019 whereas claim status has showing rejected, no reasons. Mentioned.

Again i have re-applied epf advance form-31 (Iliness) vide no. Dsnhp[protected] dtd. 07/03/2019.in remarks column status has showing that, the form has been rejected due to self declaration certificate required u/p 68 j/ok. Whereas, online claim submission portal there was no provision for attachment of self declaration certificate.

Again i have applied epf advance form-31 (Iliness) vide no. Dsnhp[protected] dtd. 15/03/2019. Claim status showing rejected.

Know again i have applied through online epf advance form-31 (Iliness) vide dtd. 30/03/2019.

I kindly you to solve my issue and release the epf advance amount and send to my bank account which i submitted in online portal.
