I have inoperative account since dec 2010 as i left my job. This amount is lying with epfo. I registered a clain in inoperative help desk with all relevant details, but still no reply from them. This was done on 22/11/2018. It is showing 'wait for helpdesk to send message'. No updation available. The registration number is [protected]. Please let me have the issue resolved immediately as it is almost three months over since i registered the same

I have sent a letter to you and also sent mails to correct my date of birth and father's name.
But i do not get any response of letter as well as of email.
