I have applied for to change in birthdate from 14/04/1994 to 14/04/1991 for my pf account _ gj/ahd/1039269/3224. This application was submitted on 14/03/17. (Refer attachment) but till date birthdate has been not changed for my pf account.
Kindly request to expedite process so further i would be able to transfer pf amount from my previous employer to current employer.

I have applied for to change in Name from SURESH 0 to SURESH for my pf account MR/NOI/45821/000/8377. This application was submitted on 9 MAY-2017. (Refer attachment) but till date SURESH has been not changed for my pf account.
Kindly request to expedite process so further i would be able to transfer pf amount from my previous employer to current employer.
