I had made a payment against challan for the month of sept'17, details are as follows:

Establishment name kurban sekh

Amount has been deducted from my account but status shows awaiting payment response from bank, and i tried all the options but still getting this msg. Regarding payment i called the bank customer care they telling payment already made to the above account.

Kindly resolve the issue please.

I have sent pf total settlement form twice to epfo vashi by speed post but they people told me form not reached.
My speed post details is
1)em[protected]in reached on 30oct2017
2)em[protected]in reached in mid of sep2017(post date 11/9/17)

I m applying for pf withdrol but pf department rejeted my form without any satisfaction reason I am submit me new form for pf withdrol there is no any response from pf depatment .plz subject what I'm so for pf withdrol 6 months before I am appying for pf withdrol there is no any situation provide by pf depatment [protected]
