Hi Sir/Madam,
I have changed my name legally and struggling in updating my new name with PF team, as they not helpful at all.
Always rejecting requests submitted by me after being accepted by my employer. If Name change supporting documents are also submitted to PF Office (Singasandra, Bommasandra, Bangalore & KR Puram, Bangalore) by my Employer, still they are rejecting.
I have submitted grievances around 8-9 as per my employer request along with needed documents (Gazette Notification, Affidavit and Joint Declaration Form), but nothing worked out, still my name is not changed from last 24 months, instead my bank details are removed so I cannot withdraw my PF money. Tried adding bank account details (which is already updated with new name), getting error as name mismatch.
With same Gazette Notification, Affidavit and Local news paper, I have updated my Name in my : PAN card database, Employer database, Bank database, Voter database, IT Database & Aadhar Database but for EPFO team, it is not sufficient.
Moreover, PF office phone number will work but no one will answer (mentioned in webpage), call center numbers are always busy through-out, email address mentioned in grievance and webpage are for name sake, never will get any response or expect. So no help from anywhere.
After all see this, Name change is India is Crime or People are expecting something else to complete this process. Else remaining departments didn't any issue with changing my name apart from PF team.
Finally, I fed-up and reaching to for help. Please look into this issue and help me.
