Dear sir,
My name is ravinder kumar. S/o sh subhash chand. I was wark sisa security group as a security officer as on date 1 nov 2012 to 15 nov 2014. I was submitted my kyc at the time of joining. But at sisa and pf record my name is mismatch. I complain it. But they were not resolved same. I submit pf withdrawal doc's. They wre rejected by pf office surat. I going to surat 3-4 time for resolved the same. They were received the doc's. But not response. My pf withdrawal form and pf mis match latter at sisa office surat. So please resolved the same.

While verifying AADHAAR the error is - "Aadhaar authentication failed. AADHAAR number, Name, DOB or Gender mismatch with registered data."

My name is Purabi Chanda Sharma which is same in Aadhar card, pan card, bank account also but while seeding with UAN it is not accepting says name mismatch.

My UAN is[protected] where name is Ms. Purabi Chanda Sharma, i have applied for inoperative helpdesk to check on 03/03/2018 but no reply. I want to withdraw my amount as i am not working and i want money. I have left working on 15/06/2015. My company is also closed.
