I've submitted an claim transfer form which is pending at field office from over a week. Nothing is happening, even though i've registered an greviance with greviance number mhtha/e/2019/24387 but no one has taken an initiative.

With online service, it suppose to be quick, but it's totally opposite, no one is ready to do their jobs.

I have submitted my pf form 31 withdrawal process online on 28/11/2019 which was suppose to processed within 7 days but still showing underprocess. Please do the needful
