Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — non receipt of funds even after twice filling in withdrawal forms online

Sir,

I refer to my most recent grievance registered on the epfigms system - today the 14th of may 2020.

Please refer to the attachments shared alongwith.

My resignation from service from my last place of work was on september 2nd 2019.
I duly applied in november 2019on account of not having any regular source of income
My claim was rejected in january 2020 due to mismatch of bank details
Subsequently the same was corrected and resubmitted, after verifying pan and aadhaar details
The claim was accepted in february 20, 2020 and the status shows claim under process - for nearly three months now!
Can the case be viewed compassionately, given that we are under lockdown and i have a family to take care of?
Requesting you, kind sir, to urgently look into the matter and recommend the deposit of funds into my bank account at the earliest instance possible.
