Dear sir,

Attached please find the complete details of all the employees for chandigarh region with dates of joining and salary/bank details. We hereby want to bring to your notice that we were working for the smart data processing p. Ltd., some employees were working from as long as 10 plus years but company had not submitted the complete epf from the date of joining till the company finally declared to shut down there work without any notice to any of the employees. When we approached the company managers and stake holders for getting the details of epf we were left answerless when we came to know that epf was submitted by the company for only 1 year. We request you to take appropriate action against the mentioned company and their stake holders for non submitting the complete epf from the dates of joining of all the employees and arrange to release the complete sum of full and final for the epf as per epf rules and regulations as per indian government. We will be thankful to you.

i am Arpan singh working Ramada chennai egmore, before 2016 i am leave job in hotel ramada chennai egmore,
But the compney is not give my epf amount he is taling next mont give but not give 1 years 2month complet but not come so please sir help me.

my claim was settled on 30-Jan-2018 07:30 PM under form 31, but still I did not receive the money.
