We registered a new pf coverage for jd construction. Online registration time we wrongly enter a date of coverage date 01.01.2014. Correct date of coverage is[protected]. We paid epf amount from o1.12.2014. But we attached a supporting documents - we asking coverage date like 01.12.2014. This is entry mistake. Pl. Kindly change the date of coverage in form form5a[protected]
