My name is muhammed farooq baig. I received my first p. F amount part on september 28, 29.2017 but its been 46, 48 days i m waiting for my second part p. F amount. I had filled the p. F form from team hr. The office is in mumbai goregao. My company. Kindly release my second p. F part i m in desperate need for it. Because i have some medical issue. My mob no [protected], itsthe registered one. I dont have p. F or uan no. Kindly do the needful.
