Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — payment is not received. application showing 'under process' since last 23 days

Hiteam,

I have done with adhar card kyc and submitted pf withdrawal form - 31 using online portal on 18th march 2019.
I have done this process in last 23 days ago and there is no any action from epfo department.

Request you to please take on high priority and help me out in this.

Today the status is showing as " Claim Rejected".
All my information is updated correctly like my PAN no, Aadhar card no and bank details.
I an not finding the reason of clam rejected.
Please transfer my amount to my bank account. As am in need of such amt.

I have visited of office for atleast 20.times everytime my query remains under process working in a private company I couldn't get slot of leaves as well I want of amount as its deep need

I have applied for my pf settlement claim through uan portal online.
My bank account details are available in uan portal and it is verified.

When i checked for my pf claim status in uan portal, it says "claim Rejected.

I was working with Macleods pharmaceuticals in Acuphar division in 2007-08.Due to some issues I lost my documents and couldn't get my pf nmbr and any salary slip. I want the company to provide me the basic details so that I can get my pf online.
I have tried so many times bt could not get any satisfactory answer form company's side.
