Dear sir/ma'am,

Currently, i am going through a financial crisis so i proceeded to go for final pf settlement as per the protocols. I got funds under form 19 (Received after first rejection) but when i went for form 10c (Pension amount) it's still showing under process. It's been more than 15 days since i have applied but seems epfo officials don't understand what difficulty a common man face in all these things. I thought this digital india program would make some difference but seems to be useless. Kindly ask the authorities to provide my funds else i will go for as many places as i could including letter to pmo and social media platforms. Attaching herewith a screenshot of my epfo dashboard.
