Dear sir/ madam
I have submitted pf form on july 2017 along with all kyc document and aadhar card, pen card and uan ragistration copy.in this mont 3 month will came but still my pf balance is not recived.
I made many time call to pf office they only said claim will process shortly but still today no claim is proceed
Since few days they are not receiving my ph.
Plz make my pf payment as earily as

Dear Sir,

My UAN No. is[protected] and as per claim status this has been settled dated 23 Oct. and transferred to my bank account via NEFT but I haven't received any amount till date, please let me know the reason for that. I have provided proper bank account with cancelled cheque.
