Hi my name is BR PRASANNA KUMAR, I have applied claim on 25.06.2018, as on 15.07.2018 still its not credited to my bank account, am trying call nasik office no body is giving proper response, they are calling to nasik and am staying bangalore, i cant trave all the way from bangalore to nasik, becoz am handicapped, plz help me out sir

When i am clicking at get the adhaar otp which is the final step to submit the form it says "error reading response from AUA server"..kindly help me in how to resolve it .i tried doing it on 20th july .you can call me at [protected] for further information
