Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — PF claim transfer request is getting rejected without any valid reason

My PF claim for[protected] UAN number is continuously getting rejected and the reason listed is invalid as my fathers name is same on PF portal, current company and previous company. My latest claim ID is THTHA[protected]. Form-13 (Transfer Out)
Reason listed is Your Claim [ Claim Id - THTHA[protected] ] has been rejected due to : 1) EPF SERVICE NOT RECIEVED 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS.

My fathers name is same in all places.
