Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf transfer claim raised online

Hi,

I have raised pf transfer (From tcs to cognizant) claim through otcp on 13 december 2016, my previous company has already closed process from their end also they provided annexure k. Cognizant has approved and when i called them they told me it is pending with epfo office, i even raised grievance but its of no use, i have no update why the pf is still not transferred. When i checked in otcp portal for the claim status it says no records found.

Present company pf account number : tnmas[protected]

Can anybody please update why the transfer is been taking so much time, its been 8 months now. I raised grievance thrice every time the same reply, once your annexure K is verified amount will be transferred, it is very disappointing that we have to struggle for getting our own money.
