Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf withdrawal not received

Dear sir / madam,

My name is sunil v solanki from mumbai, i was worked with nicomet industries ltd from nov 2009 to may 2016 (More than 6 year as a purchase), and left this company on 11/05/2016, during my service period in this company they had regularly deduct pf share from my salary and when i had fill the papers with pf department for withdrawal of my pf contribution i had come to know that nicomet industries ltd had not submitted my pf share to respective department and i had received part payment of my pf share till date.

Kindly help me to get my balance pf amount on urgent basis.
