Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — transfer request not processed from 3 months

My current company has submitted transfer claim from my previous employers epf account to the current epf account, 2 - 3 months ago

I had raised rti for the same and didnt get response on that.

When i tried contacting the number: rpfc-ii, bangalore

They do not respond properly and just makes the line busy after the call.
