I am vijay shirke, my insurance id is [protected], i have submitted claim file to pune - bibvewadi office on 27.12.17. File has been approved but money not received to me till the date.
This is very slow process. Government takes money from us in advance and when time to give its taking 4-5 months.

Request you to resolve this on priority.

Dear Sir,
There is a problem of staff shortage at pharmacy section in Esi Dispencary Sec-5 Rohini and there is a poor management by Dr.P.C.Mehwal (IMO Incharge) Answering she has no solution about this .kindly, do something to solve the problem at earliest as possible

Esic dispensary at lothukunta hyd the staff are very neglectable they take breaks for tea 1hr they close the door Also the ayas work here are very vulgar
Pleace take action so that the people may change their attitude
