Dear sir, I am jitender kumar; my esic insurance no is[protected] and my company name is m s enterprises. I have capture photo july, 2015 in nand nagri delhi dispensary but photo not show photo in jhilmil hospital system. I have been registered complaint ajmeri gate branch office but photo not show till date.
