Dear All, I am Hiren Kapadia from surat, Gujarat. This is regarding ESIC rules for employees. Sir, I already have medical health insurance policy, then why government force to deduct ESIC charges on salaried employee. I hardly save 1000 rupee a month then now government forcefully deduct ESIC charges then now it affects my savings.
