Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — i am complaint about esi amount not detecting.

Myself and my wife working in rede technologies pvt limited in chennai., but there is no of & esi deducting past one and half year, and if we ask anything about it they are asking to resigned job. From may 2015 deducted pf amount after visited pf officers and make payment with penalty.
Please check and verify at least current employees will utilities.
