Dear Sir, i ranjit kumar ip no-[protected], want to inform you that my complete original medical bills of R's(53000) approx was submitted at esic office on 12.06.14, via Jamshedpur regional office(Ref letter no-642) a few days later I was informed that my original documents are being returned to me intimating me that the are not original papers.In response to this i am sending you a letter attested & stamped by the doctor incharge conferming that they were original papers.you are kindly requested to look into the matter.

A mam in side the office when I reached at 4.15 pm ask for medical purpose my father is serious then she was irritating and misbehave with me and said now its above 4 o clock I cant any suggestion to u for medicine
