Dear mam

Pls focus this matter. My matter is a this esi despensary so rush today but employee asking that system is not working but doctor room system already working. I am waiting 1 hours. My mother health is critical she is not standing for despensary. Our matter is pls take the action one system is working but another is not working. I already ask the doctor pls write of medicine of slip. But doctor ask only online work is done. Pls take action that this matter

I am working in private company. Company have deducted esic contribution 6.5%.so please provide me that it's right to any act of esic.
